Tailored to your desires and needs, our homemade menus are crafted from locally sourced seasonal produce, mostly organic or from sustainable agriculture and fishing. Creative and passionate, our team ensures the uniqueness and perpetual reinvention of our cuisine by focusing on new flavour combinations.

WE’RE PULLING OUT ALL THE STOPS TO MINIMISE OUR IMPACT
– Our food waste is transformed into compost by the Alchimistes.
– Our equipment consists of reconditioned items, clearance tableware, and 100% recyclable and compostable packaging.
– We consolidate our deliveries as much as possible and use electric bikes for delivery when feasible.
– We conduct our carbon-footprint assessment every year, with an average target of a 5% reduction annually.

WE GIVE BACK
We partner with associations that assist the most disadvantaged, making sure our food surplus is collected for redistribution and donating to food assistance programs including Ernest Circuit Court Solidarité.
